He seemed fine until Monday when he was running a temperature of 102 degrees. I took him in and the doctor said everything looked good, but he gave us a antibotic just in case. He hasn't taken the medicine because it made him throw up. His fever went away, though, and he has been acting normal for the most part.

Zander's Surgery
The surgery went well. Zander was the first one, so we had to be at the hospital at 6:15 in the morning. URGH! He was not very happy when we got there. He didn't want the nurse to touch him, he would not let her take his temperature, get his weight, or his blood pressure & he certainly did not want to wear the hospital gown. He was in a very bad mood & he wanted his milk, which he was not allowed to have until after surgery. After about 30 minutes & a lot of kicking and screaming, we got all that done and we were left to watch cartoons for a little while before we went down to wait for the doctor. Before going back to surgery, they gave him a sedative that made him a little loopy. I swear he was hallucinating! After a few minutes, he went back for the procedure and he was done in about 10 minutes. He was groggy for about an hour after the surgery, but by the time they released us, he was running around like nothing had happened. He slept a little more then usual the next two days.
